What does it mean to be a wine club member?

 

With three levels of membership, you can select 3, 6, or 12 bottles of your favorite Teysha wine, which can be shipped to your home or picked up during our exclusive wine member quarterly event. Members are given the opportunity to make their own wine selections from any of the wines on our menu!

 

What are the benefits?

  Wine club membership is FREE – no fees to join!

  Opt out at any time (two shipment minimum – must request cancellation via email to info@teyshavineyard.com at least 15 days before next shipment)

Can I select my own wine in the quarterly shipments?

Yes. As a member, you will receive an email prior to each quarterly release with the option to customize your order. Here, you will see the default selections made by our team and be given the opportunity to make changes for any other wine on our menu. Typically, you will have about 10 days to make your selections and the deadline will be clearly stated in the release email. If you do not customize your order before the deadline, the default selections will apply to your order.

 

How much does it cost? 

Wine club membership is free, however you will commit to a quarterly order of the wine of your choice. Exact cost for each order will depend on your selections. Our bottle prices vary from $25-$40 each, minus your applicable discount, plus any tax. Shipping will also apply for those who do not choose to pick up their order. 

 

When does my credit card get charged?

Each quarterly release will have a deadline for customizations. Your card will be charged the day following this deadline. 

 

What if I can’t come to the pick-up event?

We would love to see and mingle with all of our club members during our pick-up events! However, we understand that might not always be possible. If you are not able to attend the event, you are welcome to pick up your order any day after the event during our standard business hours. Otherwise, you can also elect to have your order shipped to an address of your choice (PO boxes are not allowed, someone 21 years or older must be available to accept the delivery).

 

Do you offer local delivery?

We offer local delivery for a $15 flat fee for locations within a 20 mile radius from our tasting room. 

 

How do I use my member discount?

To use your member discount in the tasting room, you must present your wine club membership card, which will be included in your quarterly shipment. The member discount can only be used by the person whose name is on the membership account. 

 

How do I take advantage of my complimentary wine tastings?

To take advantage of your complimentary wine tastings,, you must present your wine tasting coupons,  which will be included in your quarterly shipment. Members are free to use the free tastings as they please and are welcome to share them with friends and family.

What if I want more wine in between my quarterly shipments?

Our wine club shipments will only take place once per quarter on the designated date and are part of the membership requirement, however you are more than welcome to take advantage of your membership discount on additional orders throughout the year! Members can purchase wine in our tasting room as well as online here. Your discount will apply automatically in our online store by logging in, however your wine club membership card must be presented in person for your discount.

 

Can I buy wine for delivery without being a wine club member?

Yes! Wine club membership is the best way to take advantage of full benefits and discounts, however anyone 21 years or older is able to make a purchase either in our tasting room or online here.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  Must be 21 years or older to be a member. By signing up for a wine club membership you are confirming you are over 21.

  Adult (over 21 years old) signature required at delivery. Please ensure the shipping address provided will have someone present to sign during normal business hours. P.O. Boxes are not allowed.

  Your credit card will be billed automatically for your quarterly discounted wine as well as applicable shipping charges prior to shipping. By signing up for a wine club membership, you authorize Teysha Vineyard to charge your card for each shipment until directed otherwise by you in writing via email.

  Members are responsible for any shipping, return, and reshipping costs (one-way ground shipping is free for orders of 12+ bottles).

  You must notify Teysha Vineyard via email at least 15 days prior to shipping with any changes or cancellations. This time frame applies for shipments as well as in-person pickup.
